Airbus Chief Executive Fabrice Bregier has accused archrival Boeing Co. BA -0.73% of instigating a price war to drum up interest in its short-haul 737 Max airliner against Airbus' hit A320neo, German newspaper Welt am Sonntag reported Sunday.
